You would expect a product would improve over the course of time. This remains a bug ridden garbage application. Viewpoint can do better, I don't understand why they're neglecting it so much. Definitely not worth the monthly fee we pay for their mobile. The app crashes every time I open it. Can't even use it to input time or productivity. The previous release wouldn't let me access any of my work crews or equipment, even after I was told it was available to me. I have been told by ViewPoint support that every ipad my company has must be updated to the new release before any of them work. With my crews being I the field all the time, updating to the new version is not possible sometimes, especially since the iPads are company issues, and they do not have the passwords.
