Half the time it does not work. It asks me to sign in when I’m already signed in, then it won’t let me click on anything. If I try to use it while it’s logged out, it doesn’t recognize my password so I can’t log in at all. The password is correct though because it works if I go to the viewpoint website. It has been doing this for months and it’s the same for my wife. It would be great if this could get fixed so the app could be used consistently. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Refresh Needed *2018-09-20, version 2.4.2* In desperate need of a refresh. Need to force quit the app to refresh content through the day. Following a property in multi-unit buildings is broken and you end up following all units. Needs to be updated for new iPhone screens. Lagging super far behind despite only being a loss leader for their core business. ### 3/5 — Requires update *2018-08-19, version 2.4.2* Recent change to app affects how mobile parks are displayed. Only one unit will show in a list, but many times over. Clicking on the pin repeatedly will sometimes cycle through the list of units, but in the case of several parks it never does, so I can't view the units at all. An option in the search for "most recent changes" would be so helpful. Sure you want to do it internally so you can gather our personal data and make sales leads but that’s not how the world works.
