Every single detail was taken care of and the level of service from booking to on the ground in resort has been exceptional. When looking on my iPhone I’m unable to get to details I want whereas via the website, it is slightly easier. The section asking for details such as medical issues, next of kin etc is positively confusing in the way it is set out. I feel sure it could be set up more logically and clearly.
