The ability to create and cumtomize exercise programs is awesome and keeps me motivated towards achieving my fitness goals.  The ability to connect with a real doctor of physical therapy to help me with any issues I am having has helped me improve past injuries and stay healthy.  10/10 reccommend!

I have been looking for an application that challenges me, keeps me motivated, AND holds me accountable.    ViFive does all of the above with specific programs tailored to my body!   I also LOVE the level feature, as it keeps me motivated to keep trying to burn more calories and unlock new exciting exercises.    I have seen my ankle pain and stiffness significantly improve from performing the “ankle program” and I have had fun doing it.   The app keeps track of all my exercises and tracks my calories burned and body parts engaged.   With all these features,  and more to come— I am an excited member of the ViFive community!   One thing I hope they get in the future: a members / username section where I could rank myself compared with other users and maybe even chat/ support each other by giving “HiFives!”
