Unable to create account on app tried multiple times erased app and redownloaded and still won’t work

### 1/5 — Connection Issues Render the App Useless

I’ve tried multiple times to connect the app to my Vigorpool Captain 700, and it simply doesn’t work. I’ve followed all the instructions, restarted everything, and still no luck. Without a working connection, the app is pointless. Very disappointing, especially for a product at this price point. Please fix these connectivity issues!

The application has s lit of bugs. Version history shows version 1.1.4 available, however i can’t update. Even after removing application from iPhone completely and download again, version in application still 1.1.1. I own VigorPool Captain 1200 which is good device in general, however application is awful.

I cannot get the device to connect to the app and I have all the setting on. I have tried more than 50 times and the device will not connect or if by chance it did find the device after trying to load the unit I get a Bluetooth connection error in app. I have reach out to support three days ago and still waiting on a response.

Simple app and works perfectly, make sure to connect to a 2.4 Ghz network instead of 5G.
