I spend 1% of my day with Vigr8 (morning & evening) 6-7 minutes and it has made an incredible difference in my overall discipline and consistency. Honestly, it’s probably the best 14 minutes of my day. It has made me a better father, husband and friend. I can’t recommend this app enough. It’s truly been life changing.
