### 3/5 — Please stop changing my settings

*2026-08-18, version 2.30.115*

I think this is a good app. It does what it's intended to do. I do have slight apnea that isn't severe enough to treat. But I do monitor in case it could get worse. My O2 does dip very occasionally and very quickly below 90%. I set my O2 reminder at 80 because I do want to deal with that. But the app keeps changing it to 90 and I get awakened which is not good with my sleep disturbance issues. Very hard to get back to sleep. Please just stop trying to be my overlord and let me have my setting. I don't remember to check every night to see if you've switched it up on me again. My health is not served by waking me up. I need my sleep but I want to monitor. You're making that difficult. I think I may need a repeating calendar entry to remind to check and see what settings your app changes because you think we're all the same and need settings based on the herd. I need my individual setting left where I set it.

### 2/5 — App loops and doesn’t download well

*2026-08-13, version 2.30.114*

The app loops while trying to download data from the device. If I cannot get the device data, it is worthless.

### 2/5 — Alerts need added features

*2026-08-09, version 2.30.114*

Right now the app will vibrate your wrist or your phone when your Blood Oxygen reaches below a certain level, but there is often a lot of quick fluctuations (sudden drop that goes back up immediately), so it would be more helpful to be able to turn on an alert that notifies me when blood oxygen is below X% for X amount of seconds (like below 90% for over 10 seconds).

Also, I am very disappointed that the Bluetooth range of the device is so poor. I have to have my phone literally next to me in order for the device to stay connected.

### 2/5 — Not good with multiple devices

*2026-08-02, version 2.30.113*

I have an O2Ring and now a BP2A. When using multiple devices, this interface is awkward. Every time I want to switch devices I need go to my profile and select the device that I want to use. Every time. Why can’t I just pick up a device and use it without needing to push several buttons. I am not convinced that having one app for two different devices is a benefit if I need to push several buttons to select the device I want to use every time I use it.

### 3/5 — App no longer loads

*2026-07-29, version 2.30.113*

For the past two weeks, the app is taking longer to load. today It will not load at all. I don’t know why please fix.

### 2/5 — Not reliable at all

*2026-07-10, version 2.30.111*

For a health app the one thing you want is reliability. Sporadically it cuts off, won’t analyse and despite obvious ectopic heart beats says I’m in normal beats. It’s so disappointing to have an expensive chest strap monitor only work through such a faulty app. Contacting customer service is a waste of time as they never reply.

### 3/5 — App crashes frequently

*2026-07-06, version 2.30.111*

I’ve used this app for several years now, and have found it useful.
However, since the recent update, it fails to load, often requiring several restarts to get it to open.
Restarting the iPhone doesn’t fix the problem.
It doesn’t show all the data for the Oxylink ring I have. I know this because the data will upload to my computer, using a program called “OSCAR,” which I use to track CPAP data.
It also misses citing O2 drops, yet shows these in the displayed waveforms on the iPhone. I’m using iOS 26.5.
This app worked reliably before the last update.

### 3/5 — To allocate a user

*2026-06-25, version 2.30.111*

I had to add a second fictional second user and choose myself as user 1. And “Jo” as second user. This solve many issues. Graphing of blood pressure seems good. Time will tell. Will update after I use app more. Using a Check Me monitor.

### 4/5 — Using app with ECG recorder

*2026-06-18, version 2.30.111*

The one channel ECG (with display) streams live data to the app. This works quite well when the signal settles down, and there’s an option to do a fast acquisition for a max of 30 minutes. But the device is capable of recording for 24 hours. I was assuming that the data was captured and could be synced when not in the fast acquisition mode. After a slow sync process via Bluetooth, the files are nowhere to be found in history in the app, apparently can’t be exported, or even viewed in the documents folder.

### 4/5 — Features

*2026-06-09, version 2.30.111*

The app is great for how I use it. Blood Pressure and ECG from a BP2 device. The files are easily saved as PDF or CSV. One feature with the app that would be great is to write the ECG data to Apple Health. The Blood Pressure data goes in seamlessly, and having the ECG readings in there would be fantastic.

### 3/5 — Wonky Data

*2026-06-07, version 2.30.111*

This app loses data from day to day. I have been downloading it, thankfully. As an example, over the last week it dropped 2 days worth of info and hallucinated 2 sets of data for the same night. Who knows what info will still be there tomorrow?!

### 4/5 — No issues yet

*2026-04-27, version 2.30.110*

Installed this app on April 20, 2026 and have had no issues with either the PC version (O2 Insight Pro)or the iPhone app. Data is coming from the Wellue O2 Ring S.

### 3/5 — ViHealth

*2026-04-20*

Нам, врачам поликлиник, желательно, чтобы в отчёте были P, PQ, QT, QRS или часть их. Сейчас только RR. Спасибо!

### 2/5 — Struggles To Download Data

*2026-03-30, version 2.30.108*

WAS a reliable app. Ever since the latest update, it struggles to download data from the O2 Ring. Repeatedly, starts and stops data downloads multiple times before finally completing. I have to piss in the morning and don’t have time to wait.

### 3/5 — Not Syncing

*2026-03-28, version 2.30.108*

Goes halfway then stops then repeats but no data is transferring

### 2/5 — No longer works

*2026-03-27, version 2.30.108*

No longer works after yesterday’s update. Will not download from ring.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t connect

*2026-03-19, version 2.30.106*

Got the sleeping sock for my baby and it won’t even connect the Bluetooth, the device works, I’ve turned it off, Bluetooth on and off, restarted my phone, restarted the app, deleted and downloaded again and nothing.

### 1/5 — How? Also no longer any history

*2026-03-09, version 2.30.106*

The history function is broken. Stuck in 2025 and doesn’t record. How do you delete a profile? Why is the profile history and dashboard different to the one selected on profile. Certainly needs some fixing up.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Will not connect.

*2026-08-11, version 2.30.114*

Can’t connect to Bluetooth. Sitting here right now trying to get it last nights o2 reading and nothing is working. Paid $139. For nothing. Thanks for this trash. Tried everything.

### 1/5 — bad update

*2026-08-06, version 2.30.113*

latest update the app won't open for an extremely long time, sometimes not at all. tried rebooting and offloading but nothing helps.

### 1/5 — Pretty useless

*2026-06-21, version 2.30.111*

Thus software tells you little practical information. O2 stats, but you need to submit the readings to AI to make any meaningful sense out of them. Eire is the paid subscription. Utter, valueless garbage. Tells you nothing useful.

### 1/5 — No Longer creates files that can be imported into Oscar

*2026-06-16, version 2.30.111*

The app used to work fine with my Wellue ring, and it kind of works with my new O2Ring S, but it no longer creates a usable binary export file that will properly import into Oscar or Oscar2.0. With Oscar it immediately crashes the program, and with Oscar2.0, it seems to import, but the data is not there.

### 1/5 — Frequently disconnected

*2026-05-21, version 2.30.111*

In practice the device will disconnect once an hour from the app. It does not reconnect even in ideal conditions where the phone is in the same room with no other devices. Impossible to get a full nights data.
Device only has one strap. This is not enough to secure it to the child’s finger. Owlet for example has 2 straps.

### 1/5 — Bluetooth worked once

*2026-05-05, version 2.30.110*

Now device is always Disconnected, and won’t reconnect. Doesn’t show up in scan either.

### 1/5 — Always crashes!

*2026-04-30, version 2.30.110*

Every time I invoke the app now, it displays an app-launch screen for a second, then crashes. Dead!! Nothing!! I’m very frustrated and angry with this app and its developer.

### 1/5 — Assistance

*2026-04-20*

Lorsqu’on clique sur assistance on tombe sur un site en chinois, du coup je ne peux pas avoir le support dont j’ai besoin… Pourtant je suis abonné premium

### 1/5 — App crashes often

*2026-04-12, version 2.30.110*

I am grateful this exists because nothing else on the market does to monitor my son’s epilepsy when he’s asleep. My one star is because I’m a power user that has been using this for a long time and every time I reach out to customer service, I’m lucky if I get a reply and when I do (after I reach out again) they tell me it’s not their fault. The app crashes 1-2 times a month on its own. So the coverage I think I have to keep my son safe crashes and I don’t know it’s happening because it’s always at night. That’s my biggest heartburn I want resolved. Other nice features to add would be able to actually see the O2 and bpm in real time via bluetooth as that only works if you’re in the room with the device. And being able to have access to the controls such as on my phone as it’s connected to the phone in my son’s room (like an Owlet sock) would be amazing. Like I said there isn’t much on the market for children with epilepsy so you’d find you’d get a lot more customers.

### 1/5 — Update makes app nonfunctional

*2026-04-09, version 2.30.109*

Dead app

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Прибор для АД и ЭКГ.

*2026-06-14*

Отличное, очень
 точное измерение АД!

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2026-04-01, version 2.30.109*

This is a great app! I use it on my iPhone to check the results of wearing my Wellue O2Ring while I sleep. The data transfer is quick & easy and the graphs provide a good means of scanning the nights results. I’ve had no problems with this app whatsoever!

### 5/5 — BEST OUT THERE

*2026-01-18, version 2.30.105*

Exceptional Reliability!!! Blair’s on my Bluetooth speakers every emergency.

### 5/5 — Solid

*2026-01-09, version 2.30.105*

Used for 2 years. Works great. I have sleep apnea so this is a must use

### 5/5 — Works great

*2025-12-23, version 2.30.104*

The app works well. Does not require an Internet account and the device is reliable. So far so good.

### 5/5 — App logo is gone

*2025-12-13, version 2.30.104*

Since the update the logo is missing and it I’d disturbing my 81 year old mother because now she can’t find it. Please fix ASAP.

### 5/5 — Oxymetre Vibeat

*2025-12-10*

### 5/5 — Sleep apnea

*2025-08-17, version 2.30.98*

I use an O2 measuring ring every night to monitor my sleep apnea. This app helps me keep track. No complaints.
