The whole purpose of a dash cam is to have the recording available when you actually need it. I recently narrowly avoided an accident and went back to check the footage, only to find that the complete recording was not available unless I purchased a plan. Holding important footage behind a subscription when the camera has already recorded the event feels extremely cheap and frustrating. If I can’t access my own dash cam footage when I need it most, what is the point of using this app? Haven’t needed one. Try to be as cautious driver as I can, BUT we got mini vans running red lights. toyota toddler trucks thinking they monster trucks trying to tail gate you , not to mention prius cars that are used for “junk throw away” cars by delivery drivers that have more damage on their own cars and can care less about others. Then your got the nissan drivers; angry gf, crazy gf or that one person that just doesn’t care that drives a nissan lol Yesss i need this dash cam for 2026!!! If I buy the plan, is it still active? And what does it actually do if I purchase the app? I do enjoy the free services from it and yes I can download the pics and videos straight to my phone!
