I have clock on the what’s app link to get the tracking in the app again. if possible please address this it will help us a lot. Thank you ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2025-12-17* Recently travelled on Dec Dec 17 with VRL from Mysore to Udupi . The rest stops were in completely open areas with no proper facilities or privacy. It’s very uncomfortable and concerning, especially for women. How are ladies expected to get down and use restrooms in such open places? This shows a serious lack of planning and concern for passenger dignity and safety. On top of this, only one person was handling both driving and passenger checks. This is highly unprofessional and unsafe. A driver should focus only on driving, not managing passengers at the same time. Overall, the service standards are very poor. I would not recommend VRL Travels unless they significantly improve safety, staffing, and basic passenger facilities. ### 4/5 — Lack of hygiene and dignity *2025-12-07* I recently traveled with VRL and was generally okay with the vehicle, but I was absolutely appalled by their "rest stop" policy. VRL still stops the bus in open areas/roadsides for passengers to relieve themselves. The driver actually stopped the bus in the middle of nowhere and announced that passengers should use the "front and back of the bus" for urination. It was extremely uncomfortable and humiliating, especially for the female passengers who were expected to manage in an open field. There are plenty of decent fuel stations, hotels, and toll plazas with proper restrooms along the route. VRL Ignoring those facilities to save few minutes. VRL needs to respect basic hygiene and the dignity of women. ### 1/5 — Very much disappointed *2025-11-08* It’s not suitable for kids worst bus , in my experience I’m not seen this kind of worst bus ever at list thy not maintained hygiene and in tickets thy r mentioned at 7am reaching Hyderabad but now they are telling at 8.30am , we are come for some important work bank training we have to b there at 9.30am management persons u have to reply for my massage, no body told me for correct timing and so much rudeness person are their no one have a common sense why because I m travelling with 2years baby thy use to off light and the those person operating AC light and all then y should we have to pay this of amount to this type worst bus , really I’m totally not happy with this system and this type of management, I have booked bus for return 17 th Hyderabad to Bangalore I’m really not happy so I’m cancelling the ticket, I have some video now how the bus is working inside , what was the bus condition all and in bus cockroaches thuuu,if some one management person reply me means I will show proof and ticket no also ### 1/5 — Rude and unpunctual *2025-11-01, version 8.0* Bus was delayed and when called to ask for timeline the response was rude and misbehaved. Additionally used inappropriate words in the conversation. I have heard something similar from family and friends that lately this is increasing and the management seems to be not actively working on this. The support number is also not easily accessible neither to raise complaint nor to get support. ### 1/5 — Delayed bus *2025-09-27, version 8.0* I am writing to report that the MH12 WJ 4246 scheduled to arrive at 7.30 at Wani has not yet arrived. I have been waiting at the stop, and there has been no update or communication regarding the delay. This situation is very inconvenient, as it affects not only my schedule but also that of other passengers who rely on timely service. Everyone’s time is valuable, and repeated delays reduce trust in the reliability of public transport. I kindly request that you look into this issue and take steps to improve the punctuality and communication regarding delays. ### 2/5 — Bidar Hubbali Route Via Koppul *2025-09-24, version 7.9* The drive was uncomfortable all the humps we’re just riden away making passenger jump and fumble with bus body or co passenger on double seats when requested driver he stated I can’t stop on all jumps anyhow it ll fly… Please Provide half litre water bottle to all passengers as other carriers do even KSRTC being govt service provider does it and hardly costs the management anything as you have own production house of mineral water. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Service *2025-09-17, version 7.9* Absolutely the worst experience with VRL bus service. My bus was scheduled at 8:15 PM and supposed to leave by 8:30 PM. Instead, the driver decided to stop for food and kept delaying, while customer care gave no support at all. We were two women stranded alone at Gokarna bus stop from 8 PM to 10 PM with zero safety or security, while the driver casually said, “It’s just a little late.” This is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. For a reputed company, this kind of behavior—no concern for passenger safety, no accountability, and no proper customer support—is shocking. I will never recommend VRL to anyone. ### 1/5 — VRL Travels: Unprofessional, Chronically Delayed, and Terrible Customer Service *2025-07-15, version 7.6* Worst service ever with VRL Travels. The bus was delayed by 2.5 hours with no proper communication. The driver stopped unnecessarily 4 times for tea breaks and even had an unplanned bus checkup, causing further delays. The driving was very poor and unsafe. The bus was extremely old, with many features like AC and reading lamps not working. The driver and staff were rude and unhelpful. Overall, VRL staff have no time management skills and can’t stick to the schedule they advertise on the ticket or booking portal. Very disappointing experience. ### 2/5 — App needs improvement *2025-06-27, version 7.5* Enforcing of app download for tracking of bus is not helping. The app does not load the map correctly, and each time I open the app I need to start all over again by entering the PNR number and then track the bus.
