The app has crashed 5 times and counting just trying to browse the catalog and place an order. Completely ridiculous that this is acceptable to Viking.

This app crashes every time I use it. Doesn’t matter what you’re doing. Viking Electric should stop advertising how the app can make you so much more efficient because you can’t get and orders done with it. So frustrating!

Since the lastest update, in the middle of creating orders, my app with crash if I try to add multiples of the same item to my cart.  

It doesn’t save your order, (unless it’s In your cart) so you’re forced to start all over. 

I had a previous issue (which was resolved by my supply house) where items were in the cart, but when you selected to view the cart, no items were present.  This also prevented adding new items to the cart.  

It’s convenient if you’re making after hours orders, but honestly, just call the supply house.
