It says something about checking your network connection. Mine is great but there's a glitch on their end. Not worth your time. The money did come out of my account for it. I contacted customer support and sent them proof that it was paid. They told me to try to uninstall and reinstall because that usually fixes it. I did that and it didn’t work so I told them it didn’t correct the issue. I waited and waited for the next step. They said they were more busy than usual. So I waited. After over 2 weeks they closed the chat. I tried to contact them again and have been ignored. I realize it is not a lot of money but it does show that the company doesn’t care about the customers or anything other than getting their money for nothing in return. I am very disappointed. I actually did like the game or I would not have spent money on it but I will be sure that I never buy anything else from them and will be sure none of my friends or family will either. The app doesn’t recognize that it’s been paid for though Apple does and my card was charged. I made a detailed report to the developer a couple days ago. I uninstalled / reinstalled the app. Problem is unresolved. No response from the vendor. Other poor reviews cite this problem. I hope complaining here will spur the developer to rectify the problem. What’s the game like? Hard to give a fair review when you’re ticked. I have just recently had to install this new version and paid for it again and there was apparently a network interruption right as the payment went through. As our internet is occasionally patchy I waited. I checked my account balance and saw that the game purchased was debited tried again and again to access all the levels through the “I have already paid” button. What you choose to do really affects the game play ,similar to Royal Envoy ?
