After playing the free demo, I paid the $5.99 to purchase the rest of the game. After a multiple tries and assurances from Apple that the purchase went through the game would still not play.  The charge did go through my bank.

I just spent an hour going around in circles on the company’s website, entering ‘send us a message’ about 12 times. It just says I can’t as I haven’t paid for the game, which is WHY I was trying to contact support. Wasn’t given access to the full game despite paying. I get: “Your free trial is over so you can’t do that (send a message)” DOH! Your support needs work!

Really enjoyed this game enough to pay the £5.99 to go ad free and access more features etc. massively frustrated that the upgrade won’t apply however leaving me still having to watch lengthy ads to do anything. Tried several times on both WiFi and mobile data but nothing.

Die ersten kostenlosen Runden ganz normal gespielt, da lief auch alles vollkommen normal.
Dann die volle Version bezahlt und seitdem kommt vom Store nur „Du bist startklar“ und vom Spiel aus kommt danach die Nachricht, Server nicht erreichbar, versuchen sie es später. 
Ich fühl mich ziemlich verarscht!
