The only way to be the top or best is to spend money. Once it went from the original developer to Orienjoy it became a nightmare of glitches and constant mess ups. They made all these new things and again the only way to compete is spend actual money. They finally messed up to the players benefit and then punished the players by making them pay back or by banning most. I’ve tried reasoning with them and asking why they can’t take back items but all They have done is permanently ban my account and encourage me to make another account and have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to get where I was. Every update pushes more spending, while free players get left behind. Repetitive events, boring grind, and zero balance. The game is rigged even if you spend money. There’s zero skill required. You just pay to win. After asking for help one time they refused to listen. They recently had a very large update and when I claimed my 85 Bolla shards I got Morten shards instead. I was very careful and I know what I did. But they refused to believe me, even though I was willing to give up the Morten shards to get the ones I had actually claimed. And I’ve only ever complained once before and accepted their response last time. If I actually did get Morten shards from those chests, I thought all the Morten shards I used were part of the major update rewards, I had no idea their game also had glitched and given me the wrong items. What bothers me the most, is that myself and my team spent lots of time and money on clash to place and get those shards. That’s absolutely ridiculous that they are refusing to fix it. They even had a mocking attitude about it. So now they lost a customer and I’ll never give them another dime or play at all. What a stupid decision on their part. Whatever. Now I have to restart the whole game play, grind for hours on end, and get super lucky with draws.
