## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-11

Villa 1.1.0 — study together, live.

  NEW
  Live Study Grid
Start a session and your house appears in the Study Grid of every group
you're in. Watch everyone's houses fill up in real time — see who's
focusing, who's on a break, and who just finished. No scheduling, no
  joining: just start studying.

  Group rankings
Weekly and monthly leaderboards for each of your groups, with minutes
studied, sessions completed, houses built and dropouts. Friendly
competition with people you actually know.

  Subjects
Create up to 12 subjects with their own colors and tag each session.
See exactly where your time goes.

  Your stats
A new Stats view in the Map tab: your most productive hour, focus vs.
break time, time per subject, an intensity calendar, daily hours and
  your focus rate.

  Shareable cards
Turn any session into an image. Pick a layout and colors, use your own
photo as the background, then share it, save it to your gallery, or
post it straight to your group.

  Groups during sign-up
New accounts can join up to 3 groups right from onboarding.

  CHANGED

  One streak, simpler rules
Your streak is now days in a row with at least one session of 10
minutes or more. Your daily goal is tracked separately — the two no
  longer depend on each other.

  Group sessions are gone
Scheduled group sessions and the group calendar have been removed.
There's one session now — yours — and it shows up live in all your
  groups while you study.

  Comeback quest
Lose a streak of 3 days or more and you'll get a chance to earn part
  of it back.

  FIXED

  - Presets with breaks now record time accurately. Break time is no
longer counted as focus time, so your stats and rankings show the
    real numbers.
  - People studying with their screen locked no longer disappear from
    the Study Grid.
  - Your house is now the same size on the home screen, during the
session, on the completion screen and on the map.
  - Pull to refresh on the group ranking and on your stats.
  - The intensity calendar now shows weekday and date labels.
  - Fixes to session recovery when the app is closed mid-session.
