Hard to buy if app does not allow payment

They make you jump through hoops, and it’s as difficult as possible just to sign up. App is hard to navigate. The app has a three star rating and that is way too generous. 
They may have good food but they make it harder to find than is actually worth it. 
Just go in person or go to a better store.

App crashes frequently and despite an update 8 hours ago will not work
Courier service is either very good or like the last three day totally useless as new staff dont know where to go and give up with the quickest of excuses as to why yet again they fail to ring you. Failed to find you and give up and go home.
If I ran a business in such a poor way I would not last a week.

I’ve been using this app for going on 4 years. I don’t really have any issues with the app with one exception. The “search” feature needs work. A number of items I can find in the store are nowhere to be found in the app. This is almost 2026 and the app’s search feature should be way more affective.
