App is hard to navigate. The app has a three star rating and that is way too generous. They may have good food but they make it harder to find than is actually worth it. I’m an American and buy a lot of their American products. They don’t have enough American products.and when they do they don’t buy the original version. No actual American cheese just cheap plastic cheeses FOOD. No original Welch’s grape juice…watered down Welch’s Grape DRINK. They need to educate their American food buyers. Then they haves things ie Clausons pickles or Pilsbury biscuits and all of a sudden for no reason … they won’t have it anymore. Many other problems.I’ve suggested about 12 products to start carrying and they haven’t bought one. ### 1/5 — Frustration *2024-06-02* Worst App I’ve ever had to use in my life. I have to delete the app and reinstall it daily because it shows me only a „Villa Market“ picture if I don’t do it . I like the shop and their products but the app is wasting my time and it’s not reflecting the quality of products and service they offer in their stores. Then one day later the store called and said they were out of stock and would refund my money. But 9 days later I have not received my refund and they keep giving me the run around. Also why would they take my money if they were out of stock? Very bad app and stock management. Never use again. I hope one day to see my money. Also, my app says delivery between 2 to 5 days.. I don’t see set times. Only on pick up in the store.. App definitely needs some changes and updates to fix these bugs.. ### 1/5 — Refund process is bad -ended up no refund *2025-03-08, version 1.0.757* Some items were not available in the store, but they can be purchased through the app. Every time you need to check if all items received match the order, if not, or if some missing, you have to contact the store for a refund “manually”. If you forget to do this, they don't care, they will take your money. The “search” feature needs work.
