When you first visit Villa Serena, you'll notice there is no one present in this enclosed space, away from the distractions of the outside world. You are alone, challenging you to be present with yourself. No mentor. No guidance. Just you and your mind, breath, and your thoughts. Your mind will race, thoughts will come. But you'll find calm in the gaps between the thoughts.

Begin with your breath. Slow, regular breathing to calm the mind. You'll notice the thoughts slow down as you manifest repairs in this beautiful Villa. As the former glory begins to emerge from the rubble, you'll notice your mind begins to re-capture its peaceful state, maybe a little smile as a creative thought or pleasant memory emerges from the gaps you've created for yourself.

Used the old PC versions of Wild Divine and loved the immersion of the games and learned the amazing benefits of biofeedback. Unfortunately when Windows went to 64 bit they would no longer work. This app is the next best thing and I find it to be so more effective than meditation alone.

Don't waste your money. The Iom Blue is a piece of worthless junk. My phone finds it, but the game never does. Wild Divine stuff is expensive, and who needs the stress and frustration their stuff leads to? It's supposed to be relaxing; but their products are unstable. More peaceful to just sit and count your breaths...Very disappointing.

Easy to use, does what it claims, and is weirdly addictive, in a good way. I found myself using the technique in my day to day real life, a surprising benefit. Note: Do NOT try to pair the Iom blue first, it doesn't need to be! It was a bit confusing at first, because it is so simple. Attach the earclip, and launch the app, it connects somehow automatically. Bravo!
