Don't waste your money. The Iom Blue is a piece of worthless junk. My phone finds it, but the game never does. Wild Divine stuff is expensive, and who needs the stress and frustration their stuff leads to? It's supposed to be relaxing; but their products are unstable. More peaceful to just sit and count your breaths...Very disappointing.

Used the old PC versions of Wild Divine and loved the immersion of the games and learned the amazing benefits of biofeedback. Unfortunately when Windows went to 64 bit they would no longer work. This app is the next best thing and I find it to be so more effective than meditation alone.

Got Lots of use.  Understand theory behind technology to get best benefit.  Uses heart rate variably in breath to control game.

Easy to use, does what it claims, and is weirdly addictive, in a good way. I found myself using the technique in my day to day real life, a surprising benefit. Note: Do NOT try to pair the Iom blue first, it doesn't need to be! It was a bit confusing at first, because it is so simple. Attach the earclip, and launch the app, it connects somehow automatically. Bravo!
