Graeme cox doesn’t seem interested in replying to players disputes. Clock won’t display correct time. It says- 622 days until Christmas instead of 59 days until Christmas. Please correct this. Or tell me how. Despite constant lack of communication I’ll try another app. Fair well

I did not understand, at first, how to use! I sent an email to the developers and was pleasantly surprised that they answered immediately! They clarified a few things and VIOLÁ, it was so great to log on every day and open a new package & discover a new Village Elf! They also sent a few free gift packs for me to send to others. What a great gesture! A lot of the elves appeared to just throw their hands up and not much else. More involved activity would be fun to see!

I loved this!! Looked forward to opening it each day. I paid $5.99 and was able to gift 10 family and friends with the app. They all loved it too. I’m not sure what happened with the reviewer who said they had to pay to open gifts. There was no cost other then the initial purchase. 

The only change I would make is something a little more exciting on Christmas Day! It was a bit of a let down. That said, I STILL access it to see all the cool animation. I hope there will be a 2020 version. I will definitely be getting it!!!

This app was gifted to us by my mother and our boys LOVED it! They woke up each morning asking to open up the next gift and play with the train. They loved that you could shake the phone and it would snow as well as all the little things the elves would do when tapped. 

The only improvement that could be made is:
1. Something more exciting to open on Christmas Day. 
2. Make the gift store more clear. It was difficult to find the place to put in the promo code I had received. 

My mom paid to get 10 promo and gifted them out to the family. Everyone loved it and talked about it when together. The other review is right that it was confusing at first, but three misunderstood how to go about opening the gifts. You only need to purchase “gifts” (promo codes for others to have unlimited access to the app) once and you are able to have full access to all the gifts!

In order to open up each day, you have to purchase “gifts”. It costs $10 for 20 but then you need an additional 5 if you want to open up all 25 which is an additional $5, totaling $15. Why didn’t you just make it so people had to pay for the app? Because this is just a money grabber. Sorry but I’ll just use the one I normally use, which is FREE!
