I like that I can see when my direct deposit is available, and I love how Village Bank is moving forward on the technology aspect in banking! ### 2/5 — always getting locked out for no reason *2022-09-18, version 22.1.101* legit every time I try to make a transfer or even log in, I type in my password and whatnot, make sure I have it typed in right and everything, but it tells me that it can’t validate my credentials. I just got locked out of my account and could not transfer money to my wife’s account that needed money for bills. We got an over draft due to this issue. I do this transfer 2-4 times a month. This time it shut my entire account down. I need the mobile app to work. I travel for work and we own businesses but it’s tough when things stop working and no one tells you why.
