legit every time I try to make a transfer or even log in, I type in my password and whatnot, make sure I have it typed in right and everything, but it tells me that it can’t validate my credentials. This even happens with my face ID, so I know everything is right on my end. it’s soooo annoying cause I have to go to the bank to get it fixed every time. it’s so weird.

The app is simple and I can get all my transfers done. I like that I can see when my direct deposit is available, and I love how Village Bank is moving forward on the technology aspect in banking!

I looovvvee this bank soooo much!! They are sooo helpful, sweet and are always willing and available! Everything about this bank and app is the best!

This app would be a 5 star if I did not have the issues signing in all the time. I just got locked out of my account and could not transfer money to my wife’s account that needed money for bills. We got an over draft due to this issue. I do this transfer 2-4 times a month. This time it shut my entire account down. I need the mobile app to work. I travel for work and we own businesses but it’s tough when things stop working and no one tells you why. I was told someone would reach out but nobody did and I just finally got access back.
