Operator didn’t know or care what was going on or where the car was, no apology or anything, when they turned up the driver was very rude and didn’t even bother to say hello or goodbye let alone anything else, the journey was 2.14miles and we were quoted £14 and then actually charged £25.50 after the trip ended!! I then emailed the company to complain and they couldn’t even be bothered to reply!
