Pre booked Taxi turned up 20 minutes late. Operator didn’t know or care what was going on or where the car was, no apology or anything, when they turned up the driver was very rude and didn’t even bother to say hello or goodbye let alone anything else, the journey was 2.14miles and we were quoted £14 and then actually charged £25.50 after the trip ended!! I then emailed the company to complain and they couldn’t even be bothered to reply! Absolutely disgusting service, one star is too much for the service this company provided

I have just had a taxi from the admiral pub in Clifton to bury road in Shefford, i was in the taxi approximately 4 minutes, this was at 7 pm and I was charged £15.00! Will not be using this taxi firm again!!!

App doesn’t work, I have an account and it prompts me to verify my phone number, it says to enter a code and I never receive one and then it brings up a notification that says “ enteral app error” I also tried making a new account to see if this fixed the issue but it did the exact same thing. Impossible to use the app.

So I had orderd a taxi with my gf and the price it was telling me was around £13.40 but when it came throw on my back statement it came out to about 16 something and it didn’t say anywhere on the app about where the extra charge came from

I downloaded the Village cars app for a taxi in Biggleswade from train to Shuttleworth Garden Suites.  Highly recommend this app for small towns and villages transportation in U.K.
