## What is Village Connect?

Village Connect displays real-time arrival information for the on-demand transportation services within the Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead communities. No longer will you need to peek out your window to see if the bus has arrived to pick you up! Transportation requests called in to dispatch will continue to be available.

It's easy to use!

I’m here at 85 Willis Place and watching buses go by every 5 minutes but you’re app cannot find 85 Willis Place and I guess I can’t get to the ski area.  The llisted phone number is a message to use the app.

The app requires both an email and phone number to reset the account if one forgets their password. My account is locked so I can not reset it because it’s associated with my phone number. So now this entire logistics software program fails for the user. Also there is no customer support to reach out to, so I am wasting valuable time on vacation.

Frequently, this app will inform you of an incorrect pick up time.  For example, it will tell you ‘8 minutes’,; however, the bus will show up over an hour later.  Keep the bus drivers!  Fire the management, top to bottom !!  The reason the app has never been fixed is that the customer service rep’s will not acknowledge the issue or any issue.

The app was great! It was very easy to use and when I booked a shuttle, it would typically arrive within 3 minutes. The drivers were so nice and it made getting around a breeze.
