No point to this app or service. ### 1/5 — What a waste. *2026-03-09, version 3.0.45* I’m here at 85 Willis Place and watching buses go by every 5 minutes but you’re app cannot find 85 Willis Place and I guess I can’t get to the ski area. The llisted phone number is a message to use the app. ### 1/5 — Locked out no app support *2026-01-05, version 3.0.45* The app requires both an email and phone number to reset the account if one forgets their password. My account is locked so I can not reset it because it’s associated with my phone number. So now this entire logistics software program fails for the user. Also there is no customer support to reach out to, so I am wasting valuable time on vacation. Locked out, I expect more from a “World Class Provider “ ### 1/5 — Password reset broken *2025-07-02, version 3.0.45* Can’t reset password unless you remember both the email and phone you previously used, nor can you set up a new account. ### 1/5 — Wrong Way ! *2025-02-15, version 3.0.45* Frequently, this app will inform you of an incorrect pick up time. For example, it will tell you ‘8 minutes’,; however, the bus will show up over an hour later. Keep the bus drivers! Fire the management, top to bottom !! The reason the app has never been fixed is that the customer service rep’s will not acknowledge the issue or any issue. ### 1/5 — Terrible routing algorithm *2025-01-03, version 3.0.45* The code for assigning drivers to riders and riders to routes is terrible. Whoever coded it should be fired and it should be completely redone. It estimates a driver is 5 minutes away, then you request and it jumps to 15 minutes, then after counting down to just a few minutes away, it will jump up to 20 or 25 minutes away. You can end up waiting about 40 minutes for the ride to show up. Then once you’re on, the routing is idiotic and wastes everyone’s time. It will send the driver to a drop off point, then back to another pickup point, then back to the same drop off point that he just left, doubling back and going in circles so that it takes 20 minutes to make a 1 mile trip. ### 1/5 — App said 3 minute wait for 20 minutes *2024-02-08, version 3.0.45* Missed our dinner reservation at Beano’s cabin because the app said 3 minutes until a shuttle would be there, but it took 20 ### 1/5 — 17 minutes *2024-01-20, version 3.0.45* The buses worked better with a fixed schedule. We come up here every summer and have yet to have the app work. Starting with the big red banner over half the screen that says to check my connection, which is just fine. And you cant get rid of the big red banner. So try to book transpo on half an iPhone screen.
