Error messages like “Error - Contact Facility” are unhelpful and, in my opinion, quite lazy. Click Forgotten Password in the app 2. It will bring you to Techno Gym website. Put in your email and send link. 3. Go to email and click the password reset link and put in a new password. 4. Go back to app and sign in with the new password It seems the login details are different on the app and the website. And somehow it’s linked into the Technogym website. Once you log into the app it will like the two accounts together! This should really be clearer. There are many other exercises that appear that could cause serious injury. I have asked the developer to get in touch but that has been ignored. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Kills audio feed *2026-03-27, version 7.41.1* Since the latest update, SOMETHING in this app causes Apple Music to pause (also impacts BBC sounds) when exercising. I have tested extensively and while I cannot determine what exactly in the app is doing this, I have ruled out any hardware issues with headphones (impacts all my headphones) ### 1/5 — No longer syncs with iPhone calendar 😡 *2026-02-06, version 7.39.1* Latest version does not allow the classes you may have booked on the app to sync with your iPhone calendar. Please fix asap, this is very irritating. Thank you ### 1/5 — Can’t even sign up *2025-06-14, version 7.34.0* Joined the village gym, downloaded the app to access their classes and rewards and it’s Nelly even letting me create an account? Seems a little scammy ### 1/5 — This is worse and Not an improvement! *2025-05-16, version 7.32.0* This is a backwards step! There was nothing wrong with the previous app. I have given feedback to my local gym several times since the update with the response that the local team would report back to “management “. In summary: 1. Rowing machines do not connect to app but try to connect to Technogym’s Wellness app. But that in turn does not work. However the Techngym SkillRow app still works and does upload the rowing results to Village Gym app - sometimes! 2. The time to scan individual equipment is unacceptably slow and when it does, frequently fails! 3. Frequently the QR code on equipment simply does not work and open up the details. Because of these issues it takes much longer than with the old app to complete my routine. In short you have wasted your time and money with no improvement from a user point of view! ### 1/5 — App not working *2025-04-30, version 7.32.0* This app is not working. I have tried for days to login into my account. It says “Invalid email or password”, but I use exactly same details on the web and it works fine. Password reset feature doesn’t work either. ### 1/5 — Not the app but the support *2025-02-26, version 7.29.3* If you don’t properly cancel your account subscription, and you would like to go to gym next month and haven’t went to the gym last month, it forces you to pay for that month 😭🙏, super greedy ### 1/5 — Full of bugs *2025-02-11, version 7.29.3* The old app was much more user friendly. I also book classes, they go into my calendar and within a few days, they disappear from my calendar!! I’ve tried to report it and was told I’d get an email but nothing. ### 1/5 — Disappeared from calendar *2025-01-22, version 7.29.0* Classes weren’t showing in my calendar despite settings all being correct. I’ve removed, re downloaded, logged out/in for both this app and my calendar app. It resolved when I had to literally delete my account from my iPhone and restart and all was fine for a few days. But now the classes have once again disappeared. What is going on. ### 1/5 — To dark *2025-01-13, version 7.29.0* Why switch the app's style to dark mode when the previous brighter version was much easier to read? Additionally, the filter that allows you to select class types no longer saves your selection, whereas it did function properly in the previous version of the app!. ### 1/5 — Can’t get logged in, def and app issue *2025-01-04, version 7.28.0* Awful, can’t get logged in on app (but can on computer). Password reset doesn’t work and send you to an Italian password reset page.
