The app allows you to scan the barcode but no tickets are added to the account. You then can’t add you photo which will slow down the process on the day.

There was a problem saving this photo. Please try again.” I’ve followed all the instructions for a clear headshot. An hour of my life I won’t get back - super frustrating.
