The error message says:”We’re sorry. There was a problem saving this photo. Please try again.” I’ve followed all the instructions for a clear headshot. In reality, a 5 minute wait time in the app could be 30 minutes. The app itself is good - easy to navigate, information where you want, and a good map. However, arguably the “killer app” is to check wait times and this fails abysmally. It didn’t get it right once in a whole day, often out by 20 or even 30 minutes. If you get in a line expecting a 10-minute wait and it turns into a 45-minute one, there’s nothing that ride can do to cheer you out of ennui. ### 2/5 — Poor Experience *2025-04-15, version 1.248.2* The app crashes twice when I tried to pay for the ticket, PayPal was the only payment option that worked. Then the option to add the tickets to my Village account using my order number and password wouldn’t work. Have the whole family on it so we walk with one phone. Had to update yesterday to add the new passes I’d bought as Christmas presents. Only one of 11 passes showed correctly. 8 are blue with no names, 2 are blue with names. I phoned for help and every name the lady bought up, the black pass with photo came back. But the lady swore she did nothing. I had half the passes back but now gone again. The worst part is I have one offers for animal encounters, accomodation, outback spectacular etc from 2019-2023 and am unable to delete them.
