## What is VillageFor?

You keep asking yourself if what you're feeling is normal. VillageFor was built to help you answer that question, at every stage of the journey to and through motherhood.
Free to download and use. Most apps pick one lane: social support, generic meditation, or a therapy waitlist. VillageFor built the whole road. It's the only free app that combines clinical screening, daily emotional support, and personalized education, all in one place, for every stage of the journey.

WHO IT'S FOR
Trying to conceive. Going through infertility. Pregnant. Postpartum. In the NICU. Navigating adoption. Processing pregnancy or infant loss. If you're anywhere on the path to parenthood, this was built for you.

WHAT'S INSIDE
Weekly mental health check-ins Built around the EPDS-US, the gold standard clinical screening tool for perinatal mood disorders. Not a diagnosis. Real awareness so you can walk into your next appointment and actually say what you've been carrying.

Daily support in under 2 minutes Use it at 2am, during nap time, or in the parking lot before you walk inside and pretend you're fine. The app adapts to where you are and gives you the right content at the right time.

Education on the things nobody warns you about Postpartum depression. Postpartum anxiety. Intrusive thoughts. Postpartum rage. Grief after loss. Emotional shifts during infertility. Real information, in plain language, for whatever stage you're in.

Tools for the hard moments Grounding exercises, breathing techniques, and guided reflections for when you're overwhelmed, overstimulated, or just need a minute.
Built by two moms who lived the gap in maternal mental health care. Backed by clinical advisors from Harvard Medical School, Virginia Commonwealth University, and San Diego State University.

No pressure to be positive. No expectation to bounce back.

VillageFor is not a replacement for professional care. It does not provide medical diagnosis, therapy, or emergency services. It is a tool designed to help you understand what you're feeling, stay supported between appointments, and know when to reach out for more help.

### 5/5 — Fantastic app!

*2026-06-10*

I downloaded VillageFor the day it was released because it was right around the same time my husband and I were starting out TTC journey. I ended up getting pregnant our first cycle trying and I have really loved using the check ins and affirmations during the waiting period to test and now using it while I’m on my pregnancy journey to ease my mind and settle my thoughts and just take a little me time. I struggle with mental health and this is a beautiful app that is so beneficial for such a looked over population. I can’t wait to continue to use VillageFor during my postpartum journey as well!

### 5/5 — All I can say is thank you!

*2026-04-09*

Something as simple as a daily affirmation or writing three things I am grateful for has helped me slow down, rewire my brain and focus on the positives rather than the negatives. As someone who had a very traumatic birthing experience, I did not know what was in store for me mentally postpartum. It’s not talked about enough. I was searching for resources, Googling symptoms and trying to figure out this new normal. If an app like this had existed those years ago, I feel that I would have helped myself sooner. VillageFor is an incredible maternal mental health tool for anyone who feels they need support pre-motherhood, post-loss, postpartum or even just thinking about growing their family. Built by moms, plain and simple - they just get it. Thank you for this!

### 5/5 — VillageFor for the win

*2026-04-02*

Mental health all around has already been improved. Such a good tool for moms and soon to be moms

### 5/5 — The support every mama deserves

*2026-03-27*

As a rural mama, this app has been such a game changer. Living in an underserved area where most specialists are over an hour away can feel isolating, but VillageFor truly bridges that gap by connecting you with the support and resources you need.

One of my favorite features is the daily affirmations—they’re such a simple touch, but they really help reframe your mindset and remind you that you’re doing your best (which every mom needs to hear).

I also love that the app covers every stage of the journey—from trying to conceive and adoption, to loss, pregnancy, and postpartum. It really feels like a one-stop shop for support, education, and encouragement. Highly recommend for any mama who needs a little extra village!

### 5/5 — If you have or plan to expand your family you NEED this app

*2026-03-27*

One of the most comprehensive apps on the market for women’s health and the journey that is trying to conceive, being pregnant or postpartum! The market needed something like this! Thank you for giving us something to help us get back ourselves from one mom to another!

### 5/5 — The app built for and created by moms

*2026-03-26*

The pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum journey is challenging for all sorts of reasons. Finally an app that can help you navigate it allll. Thank you for sharing your own journeys on social as well abd creating something for us all!

### 5/5 — Real Support for the Real Challenges of Postpartum

*2026-03-26*

This app fills a real gap in postpartum care—consistent, thoughtful support for the mental and emotional load that often goes unseen. It’s practical without being overwhelming and feels grounded in a true understanding of what moms are navigating every day. This is the kind of resource that actually makes a difference.

### 5/5 — Incredible app

*2026-03-26*

So thankful for this app. As someone who struggled with postpartum anxiety and all the unknowns of being a new mom, this app is an incredible resource for moms at any stage. The daily check-ins and daily affirmations are a reminder that you are truly not alone. Having access to this kind of support is so important because unfortunately postpartum care can be hard to come by- this app is changing that, and I know it will help so many mamas ❤️

### 5/5 — Finally, somebody sees what is IMPORTANT for moms

*2026-03-20*

I feel so lucky to have found this app. So many of the pregnancy or postpartum apps are filled with fluff, info about the baby’s size or what they may be learning that week, but nobody sees to see the moms on the other side of the app, needing more support in a time where the “village” we were promised is not readily available.
