Every time I try to log in and get the password in, it says its invalid every time

It often takes 10+ times to try to book a service before it finally works. I select an available time then it says slot not available- try another time. I go back and do this over and over again and often just can’t schedule it. Other times it randomly accepts a time it denied 5 times before. Happens on other member’s phones so it’s not just me. Can’t unregister from a class. Staff is well aware of these issues.

The app is abysmal.   The app crashes and lowercases my last name which for me is disrespectful. I don’t think the app developers are even bothering to update this cold mess regularly. Whoever is running this- you’re not good at your job.

I moved from LifeTime Fitness to VillaSports and I was expecting the same organization and ease to use the app. It’s very convoluted, makes it difficult to see what group classes you’ve registered for, provides no reminders which would be useful because there is no consistency in the times the classes are given. 

Please improve the app especially since we use it for everything.

Even after the updates this thing is still terrible. I’m not sure what the owners and devs think this app is for, but they constantly make it go in a direction that is not user friendly or in touch with what the average user would want a gym linked app for. Sure, the scan code comes up when you open it. Woo hoo. We have a baseline. But then from the landing screen you click on ‘club info’ and it will land you on a generic schedule page which does not update for holidays. So you can be sitting in the parking lot looking at a closed club while the app says it’s currently open. Even tho it was open on New Years, doesn’t mean we will have the same hours at Memorial Day! But don’t worry, they’ve provided a ‘holidays’ button on a completely different screen that you have to navigate to from screen links at the very bottom of the page. Since, you know, displaying an accurate calendar is pretty challenging in this day and age. So to recap, much like the management of the Beaverton club, this app is worthless. I’m not sure what they think this app is used for, but at a minimum it would be nice if the Home Screen accurately reflected whether the Home Club was open or not. I will be dropping this gym and this app ASAP after this latest fiasco.

Redownloaded multiple times now, tried on data and wifi, but it refuses to actually let me log in

I can’t unregister from classes using the app, I can’t get ahold of a person at the desk at my local VillaSport to cancel, and I can’t get ahold of anyone using the VillaSport main line. I really, really am trying to be patient but today I had to go to the front desk in person when I had no time to spare in order to cancel my classes, to avoid their charges on my account because their app doesn’t work and I can’t reach a person.
