Although only in French and mainly useful for residents, tourists will find the “Agenda des Manifestations” useful for current events: art exhibitions, sports events, conferences, etc. The “Patrimoine et Histoire” section is full of interesting info. 

This app is well-designed and easy to use. You can even remove the home page tiles you don’t need for easier navigation.
