Stop logging me out! I don't need to enter my password EVERY TIME! Easily 4 or 5 stars once this major problem is fixed! ### 1/5 — Do not get this product unless you want daily factory resets (not just restart the wifi) *2024-02-24, version 1.0.177* The only way to restart the wifi (which you have to do multiple times a day) is using the app which needs wifi, and you can only restart it when it’s working properly so when the box is down and blinking red you can’t restart it cause it doesn’t read the box as there, overall terrible shouldn’t need wifi to get your wifi to start working, and should be able to restart it with the restart button when you have wifi ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-02-09, version 1.0.151* Doesn’t work ### 1/5 — 3 Vilo router bookends *2022-10-29* Vilo iPhone app will not connect to computer dashboard. I simply unplugged it and it stopped working and I couldn’t even submit a support ticket, restart the router or upgrade the firmware.. or the app. FIX IT PLEASE ### 2/5 — Should be able to block apps *2023-11-25, version 1.0.177* I want to be able to block apps too not just websites ### 2/5 — New app version lost my network *2022-10-02* I updated to the latest Vilo app (1.0.127) and I no long have access to my network configuration. It is asking to add all my vilo’s as if it was new. My iPad is still on the older version (1.0.104) and doesn’t have any issues. ### 2/5 — Parental control is awful *2022-05-01* This feature has never worked correctly through the different versions. I almost always have to manually disable or enable the wifi. This defeats the purpose of scheduling. Overnight hours entered are also not reflecting as entered, eg 12:30a to 3:00a becomes 12:30a to 3:00a (next day). Very frustrating. The lower price point is not worth the bugginess. I’m prepared to pay more for something that works the way it’s supposed to. ### 3/5 — No Port-Forward options *2023-03-01, version 1.0.151* Initially I gave this a 1 star review because it couldn’t connect to my Vili mesh, but after a factory reset it works. The advanced settings are hidden in the three dots in the top right corner from the main screen which is really confusing. I had to call my ISP to find them. Would be better if this was in the main UI. Also after setting up port forwarding you have to restart the connection on the connected device. If you’re plugged in via cable that’s really irritating. Most routers do this automatically. 3 stars.
