i’m trying to connect my led lights to the app and it isn’t working. it’s saying to press some kind of symbol and idk where that is. is it on the remote?? i’m using this app cause i lost my remote.

The LED package show RGB and the led strip all different colors. It only gives option to choose 1 solid color at a time.

When ever I try to connect I can’t find the name or nothing it’s just in the screen where it’s trying to find the light, I restarted and uninstalled it multiple times but still nothing I even left it running for about 2 hours and still nothing.

How do you get the setting and options the app store shows for, mode and toning?

**Developer response:** Hello, Sorry for the trouble. The app supports a variety of products, each with different UI and functions. The settings and modes in the picture are mainly applicable to our latest products of the tracing Led strip, which are not available in previous products.

connects extremely slow, have to restart app multiple times in order for it to connect and colors are somewhat limited

On the app I had before when you had it on mic and turned it all the way down it would stay on that color, I liked it like that but now it changes instead of staying on one color. If you can change that that would be wonderful but if not I guess that’s fine.

Overall pretty good but unlike the last app you can’t sync 2 pairs of lights which i liked. With this one you have to go to each set of light and change the color which is inconvenient.

**Developer response:** Hello，because controlling multiple lights at the same time may cause some problems, we often have users feedback to us, such as controlling other people's lights, so we have made a one-to-one restriction for this version of the app. If you need to control multiple lights at the same time, you can keep these two apps, there is not much difference in function.
