Zwar gab es beim Wechsel des Autos hin und wieder Probleme mit der Alarmanlage, aber der Support hat diese immer sehr schnell gelöst – meist innerhalb weniger Stunden nach der Meldung. Der Kundenservice ist wirklich super. Zwar fehlt den Damen an der Hotline manchmal das technische Verständnis, doch sobald man mit den zuständigen Support-Mitarbeitern in Kontakt kommt, wird einem schnell und kompetent geholfen. Aktuell habe ich bei meinem neuen Auto das Problem, dass die Alarmanlage beim Verriegeln und bei der Nutzung der Fernklimatisierung ausgelöst wird. Ich habe das heute gemeldet und bin zuversichtlich, dass ich bereits morgen eine Lösung bekomme. Die Fahrtenbucherfassung ist zudem unglaublich einfach, und das Finanzamt hat bisher immer alles ohne Beanstandungen akzeptiert. Insgesamt: absolute Kaufempfehlung! ### 2/5 — Es wird leider nicht besser *2025-01-19* Vimcar war zu Beginn eine wirkliche hervorragende App, die dass machte, wozu sie entwickelt wurde. Die Aufarbeitung der Fahrten war einfach, schnell und zuverlässig. Leider hakte es mit jedem Update ein wenig mehr. Die Fahrten wurden nicht aktualisiert, die App hing sich auf usw. Die Umstellung auf die neue App ist nun der totale Reinfall. Es gibt wirklich keinen Benefit zur alten App. Nichts geht besser, nicht geht schneller. Es klemmt an allen Ecken und Enden. Schade, dass man Bewährtes nicht mal beibehalten kann und nur die Details optimiert. ### 1/5 — Vollkatastrophe *2025-01-18* Die alte App - obwohl auch nicht ohne Makel - schlägt diese hier um Längen. Wer vom Management war denn der Ansicht, dass es eine gute Idee wäre, eine offenbar völlig unausgereifte und ungetestete Alpha-Version auf den Markt zu bringen? An die Entwickler: Bringt mal die nicht mehr funktionierenden Rückfahrten in Ordnung, bindet die Kontaktdaten wieder ein und bedient die App mal aus Sicht des Kunden - da fallen euch noch viele andere Punkte auf. Wenn man alle seine Fahrten zeitnah kategorisiert (das ist eine Anforderung vom Finanzamt) entspricht das Ergebnis den Anforderungen des Finanzamt und ist damit konform. Alles lässt sich schnell erledigen und die App erinnert daran. Sehr praktisch. Super Sache! ### 1/5 — Selten eine so unübersichtliche Weiterentwicklung gesehen *2024-12-13* Die neue Version ist extrem unübersichtlich. Bunt, Adressen sind nicht mehr lesbar ohne die Fahrt zu öffnen und im Detail zu schauen. Eine Fahrt nimmt von der Höhe der Spalte fast das dreifache ein zu vorher. Kartenzoom in der einzelnen Fahrt nicht sofort verfügbar. Für die Nutzung am Handy unbrauchbar geworden. Testet das keiner, bevor man so was auf den Markt bringt? Preisentwicklung und Leistung haben in den letzten leider den Zusammenhang vermissen lassen. Danke fürs Update ### 5/5 — Verbessert sich wöchentlich *2024-10-16* Ich kann die bisherigen Rezensionen nachvollziehen, Vimcar hat sich äußerst bemüht die App in den letzten Wochen zu verbessern und siehe da: die alte App wird nicht mehr vermisst. Beide Apps machen mittlerweile das gleiche und zwar gleich gut. Verbesserungsvorschläge wurden vom Entwickler Team angenommen und umgesetzt. Hut ab! ### 1/5 — Leider deutlich schlechter als die alte App *2024-08-22* Die Entwicklung empfinde ich als Rückschritt! Gerade der fehlende Zugriff aufs interne Adressbuch macht das erfassen deutlich schwerer. Auch die fehlenden Namen der Wochentage (wie bei der alten) ist eine Katastrophe. Ich bleibe bei der alten App, so lange die noch funktioniert. Wenn das Adressbuch dauerhaft fehlt, überlege ich nach über 10 Jahren zu kündigen.
