Ich finde 300 € pro Jahr einen Preis der zu hoch ist Was ich aber ganz klar bemängele, ist der Support. Was ist mit vielen Dingen im Leben. Solange es läuft, ist alles gut. Aber wehe du brauchst mal jemanden. Bei mir war es der Fahrzeugwechsel. Hier habe ich mehrfach versucht, den Support zu kontaktieren habe auch eine Eingangsbestätigung meiner Mail sowie eine erste Antwort Mail erhalten. Ab dann nichts mehr. Ich habe extra meine Telefonnummer angegeben, um für Rückfragen zur Verfügung zu stehen. Und jetzt? Keine E-Mail kein Telefonkontakt. Ich steh mit meinem Problem allein. Ein Kilometerstand kann ich nicht mehr eingeben. Meine Fahrten werden nicht sauber getrackt, und keiner hilft. Und das für über 300 € Jahresbeitrag herzlichen Dank… Für nichts! ### 5/5 — Bitte diese App-Version behalten! Sonst Kündigung… *2025-05-16* Ich bin seit Jahren ziemlich zufrieden mit der App und hoffe sehr, dass wir diese Version und bewiesenermaßen gute App weiter nutzen können. Die neue hat diverse Mängel und ich kann hiermit nur ankündigen: wenn die alte App nicht mehr nutzbar ist, dann werde ich Vimcar postwendend kündigen müssen, da der Workflow und die Einfachheit und Funktionalität nicht mehr richtig und verlässlich funktionieren mit der neuen App… leider geht das mehreren meiner Geschäftspartnern genauso. Ich hoffe, Sie nehmen die deutliche Kritik ihrer User sehr ernst! Spitze! ### 5/5 — Bedienerfreundlichkeit alte App *2024-08-26, version 3.173.0* Die Bedienerfreundlichkeit der 1-ten App von VIMCAR ist für mich absolut ausreichend und praxisorientiert. Ich habe mir vor 2 Wochen die neue App durch Empfehlung vom VIMCAR-Support per E-Mail heruntergeladen. Ich persönlich finde die neue App nicht zielgerichtet und gegenüber der alten eine deutliche Verschlechterung, da viele nützliche Bedienelemente zur „Vereinfachung“ wegrationalisiert wurden. Bitte diese App nicht auslaufen lassen! ### 5/5 — Zuverlässige App - relativ teuer *2024-08-17, version 3.173.0* Ich nutze Vimcar seit mehr als acht Jahren, funktioniert sehr gut. Der Support reagiert sehr schnell. Würde ich immer wieder nehmen, bei zwei Dienstfahrzeugen komme ich im Jahr auf fast 700€ für die Nutzung. Das ist aus meiner Sicht schon sehr teuer. ### 1/5 — Sehr unzuverlässig *2024-04-12* Nutzen VimCar seit 5 Jahren. App wird von Version zu Version schlechter. Support reagiert kaum, und wenn dann heißt es immer nur zum 17. Mal: App löschen und neu installieren. So kann man kein professionelles Fahrtenbuch führen. ### 4/5 — Preis Leistung ok, Verbesserungsbedarf *2023-11-15, version 3.172* App hat hier und da ihre Problemchen, bleibt wohl nicht aus. Auch grundsätzlich ist es von der usability manchmal etwas mühselig, das geht einfacher! Ansonsten funktioniert die App, hatte zeitweise nen Abbruch der App/ des Steckers und es wurden keine Fahrten aufgezeichnet, der Mail Support ist zwar hinterher, aber doch recht träge. Das Problem hätte man telefonisch wohl innerhalb von 5 Minuten lösen können, so vergingen etliche Tage und unnötige zusätzliche „Arbeiten“, um alle Fahrten händisch nachzutragen (geht übrigens nur am PC!) ### 5/5 — Fehlerhaft *2023-06-26, version 3.170* Es werden nachweislich nicht alle Fahrten aufgezeichnet! Das Auto war geparkt, Schlüssel abgezogen, abgeschlossen circa 10 Minuten Aufenthalt bei Kunden dann weitergefahren. Der Zwischenstopp wurde überhaupt nicht im System aufgezeichnet. Das Programm kann also mit Sicherheit nicht Finanzamt so konform sein. Es ist schön so etwas zu haben, aber nicht zuverlässig. ### 5/5 — Einfach. Schnell. Angenehm! *2022-12-12* Wer je ein Fahrtenbuch per Hand oder Excel geschrieben hat, wird Vimcar lieben. 3 Minuten Wartezeit irgendwo? Ich kategorisiere meine Fahrten der letzten Woche und schwups ist mein Fahrtenbuch wieder aktuell. Ich kann auch schnell die Statistik der gefahrenen Kilometer aufrufen und bin genau im Bilde, wie hoch der Anteil der geschäftlichen Fahrten ist. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt auch. Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Diese Rezension habe ich schon vor 2 Jahren geschrieben und bin immernoch derselben Meinung. Einfach super!
