Contract Check reads smoothly now
When you expand a clause, the content stays put. Before, text and animations were rebuilding every few seconds, which made it hard to read. Fixed.

Real universities, also in the Netherlands
Addresses in Maastricht, Amsterdam and other Dutch cities now reliably show the nearest university with the correct distance — previously this field was sometimes empty.

Smarter matches in Germany
In Hamburg, Munich and Aachen, Vimmo now better tells the difference between a real university and a vocational school or research institute, so the distance shown in your report is right more often.

• Student life (bars, cafés and the share of residents under 25)

Address Report with energy label
Paste any Dutch address and get the official EP-Online energy label (A+ to G), the buurt it sits in, and how that buurt scores. A C-label means roughly €60–€120 extra heating per month on average — worth knowing before you sign a year-long lease.

• Fully translated: English, Dutch and German
• Address lookup via PDOK (the same data the Dutch government uses) — no typos, no wrong postcodes
