He asked how it was and I was honest and said I got the info I needed but I was slightly misled on the website because I had to buy a vin report and a window sticker separate when I thought they came together. He helped me understand why that was and made sure I felt good about the purchase. I got my window sticker instantly upon purchase and it was 100% accurate. I would also suggest checking out their vehicle reports as a better alternative to carfax expensive report.

For some reason I fell for the bot comments on Reddit forums advertising detailed vehicle history’s window stickers. I ended up getting one for the Polestar I just purchased and I can tell you that it includes only very basic information you could find scrapped from the web. Most of the useful information that you would find on an OEM window sticker is not present and it literally misses all of the options and packages on my car. Don’t waste your money

Sam was very helpful getting my vehicle sticker. I had wrote a review an this app.  All I wanted is the sticker for my car that I purchased so I can see all the options it came with.  Sam was very persistent in making me sign up for the app and login to it to see my 2 free credits.  What I did find was a charge of $768.00 for an order that I didn’t request.  I did check my credit card and it was not charged that amount so I think I am alright.  Just seems a bit sketchy.

This says you can decode vins without the internet and that is a d*** lie. I turned off my cellular data to this app and it stopped working and said it won’t work without internet connection. I deleted it and I hate it. Plus it sent me so dang many emails that were annoying and did me no good. They we’re about some sticker of some sort.

A guy texted saying he wanted to buy my car but only if I sent him the vin facts from this company. I pushed back but he insisted, so I did because it wasn’t that expensive but the report wouldn’t show up and only would after talking to the “live chat” person. As soon as I got the report the “buyer” stopped responding. There is no technical way to prove it but it seems extremely likely that this person works for this company, which feels like it’s already a fake company. I do not trust them.

Getting the car Report and sticker was a wonderful experience. The APP was simple to use, and I received the information quickly. It's also fantastic that the business follows up to ensure your satisfaction with the experience. That has a significant impact. Without a doubt, I will use their services once again.

Hi guys, this app is very good! I was trying to find the window sticker for a car and I had looked everywhere and couldn’t find a good service. I found this app and it works really good.
