This is a scam and should be removed from App Store. You enter a VIN and are taken to a page full of ads that take you to a commercial website.

Du musst die App kaufen, um in der App dann noch mal für die erhofften Infos zu bezahlen. Das geht auch mit Gratis-Apps…
