## What is VinCar?

Timer Stoppuhr für GPS und Rallye Training. Diese App ist die Kombination aus Countdown Timer und Stoppuhr. Im linken Bereich werden die Vorgabezeiten durch Antippen eingabebereit und mit dem Scrollrad eingestellt. Rechts werden die Zeiten gestoppt. Mit dem grünen Button links unten ( START ) wird gestartet und die Runden Zeiten festgehalten ( LAP ). Mit dem roten Button rechts unten wird alles gestoppt ( STOP ) und das Zurücksetzen ( RESET ) der Stoppuhr durchgeführt.
Im oberen Balken wird die gesamte Abweichung zu den Sollzeiten angezeigt. Durch horizontales Wischen über die gestoppten Zeiten werden die Abweichungen der einzelnen Runden angezeigt.
Nach Drücken von RESET können die Vorgabezeiten geändert werden. Überflüssige Zeilen können horizontal weggewischt werden. Zusätzliche Zeilen können durch Antippen von TIMER erzeugt werden. Maximal 50 Zeilen sind möglich.
Der Timer zählt die letzten 10 Sekunden akustisch herunter. Die Lautstärke kann am Handy verändert werden. 

Die App kann mit der VinCar Smart Sensor Unit gekoppelt werden um per Lichtschranke die Messung auszulösen.

Seit Update auf 2.1 werden die entscheidenden 1/100 Sekunden auf dem iPhone 13 mini nicht angezeigt. Auch die Einstellung der Startzeit ist betroffen. Es sieht so aus, als würde der zur Verfügung stehende Platz für die Zeichengröße nicht ausreichen. 
Auf dem iPhone 13 ist die Darstellung korrekt.

Diese Version beinhaltet einen wichtigen Bug-Fix. Beim Scrollen der Zwischenzeiten hält bei der Vorversion der Timer an. Dieser Fehler wurde beseitigt. Neu ist das Kontextmenü welches durch längeres Drücken auf das "VinCar" Label sich öffnet. 
Eine neue Funktion ist die Eingabe einer Startzeit ab der die Stoppuhr startet. Im Kontextmenü kann man mit "Start Time on/off" die Funktion aktivieren. Die Uhrzeit ist per NTP-Synchronisiert um eine höchst mögliche Genauigkeit zu erreichen. Ist die Funktion aktiviert erscheint erscheint rechts oben die Startzeit und durch ein Touch darauf erscheint ein Scrollrad zur Einstellung der Startzeit. Mit nochmaligem Touch auf die Startzeit wird diese übernommen und der Timer ist aktiviert.
Über das neue Kontextmenü kann auch das Scrollverhalten umgestellt werden. Entweder wird durch den Timer oder durch die gemessene Zwischenzeit automatisch weiter gescrollt. Der blaue Balken oberhalb der ersten Zeiten zeigt an was aktiv ist.
Als letztes wurde Bedinsicherheit erhöht. Bei aktivem Messen muss, wenn man vorzeitig die Messung beenden möchte, über das Kontextmenü der Stop-Button entsperrt werden.
