We arrived late afternoon and received a fantastic service check-in, concierge services were great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. This hotel is in a great location to visit the Prado, Naval Museum and Plaza de Cibeles. Nearby are many classic restaurants including Salvador, La Barraca and Raza Madrid. The individual breakfast service was outstanding. ### 5/5 — Welcoming atmosphere in the hotel *2022-07-29* The welcoming atmosphere of the hotel made staying here a memorable one. They are friendly and attentive specially Antonio at the breakfast room. The hotel is very close to the centre which makes a very convenient base to explore the city. Staff is approachable when information to anything you may need is required. Thank you Vincci The Mint 😍 ### 5/5 — Pampered holiday at La Plantacion *2022-07-23* Vincci Selection La Plantacion is excellent. The staff are all lovely, attentive, polite and friendly. Hotel has colonial character. Pool area is superb surrounded by palm trees and beautiful scrubs and some Bali beds. Rooms are superb, sea views from balcony, beds excellent, tea and coffee facilities. Gym, spa, shop, a couple of bars and restaurants. Cenamos una noche en el hotel en plan picoteo y todo estaba muy rico, el servicio de camareros muy amables preocupándose de que nosotros estuviéramos cómodos. El personal de recepción es encantador, siempre dando opciones para pasar un buen día y recomendando lugares gastronómicos geniales. Repetiremos hotel ### 5/5 — Excellent *2022-03-29* We had the most wonderful time at the hotel Plantacion, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by a lovely friendly hostess who took our bags from the taxi. The check in was easy, informative and welcoming. When we arrived at our room we were amazed at the size, quality and cleanliness….. just perfect. The food was first class, and plenty of lovely areas to eat indoor and outdoor. So many extra touches ie a complementary beach bag to use during your stay. Llegamos a las 12 y nos dicen en recepción que no está lista la habitación, que la prepararan, volvemos a las 15hrs y ya no hay habitación. Nos dan una con bañera, (yo no puedo utilizarla) nos la cambian por una de ducha, pero con un pasillo tan estrecho que seguramente por la noche al pasar tiraré la televisión. No se si se trata de una versión reciente que todavía no está fina. El hecho es que no es posible algo tan simple como entrar en tu cuenta de usuario para ver tus reservas. Chicas y te pide el número de habitación. El hecho es que la versión web móvil también tiene ese defecto. Lo primero que puedes hacer en casi cualquier site es registrarte o acceder a tu cuenta, aquí es misión imposible.
