Unfortunately, it can quit working for months at a time. A ### 3/5 — What happened? *2022-08-13, version 2.0.11* I've used this app off and on for ages. All of a sudden the filters don't load. I gave it a full minute, closed the app and tried again, and got the same slowly ticking dial. Thought it might have become corrupted, and removed and re-downloaded the app. Thus time I couldn't get past my refusal to allow use of my camera, even if I. closed and re-opened. Had to delete the app to get rid of that screen. When I stubbornly downloaded again, I eventually got to the same screen that started me on this journey, and the filters still would not load. The help chat wants me to sign in, giving name and email to some separate app. Nope. This was a clean, easy, effective app. Sorry y'all. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t Work with IOS 13.2 *2021-12-23, version 2.0.11* I love this photo to art styles. One of the best. But, it’s not loading on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 6s or my IPad Pro 2018. All are running IOS 15.2. I’m sorry to have to use reviews to report the problems, but many developers fail to having a working link for support. They can use any art you create for their own commercial use. You can’t sue them, etc... I was also promised new filters, but they are all the same old ones. Rip off! But for over a week now I have not been able to upload any of my own pictures. What’s going on with this? ### 1/5 — What Happened?! Unable to load photos to edit. *2022-08-05, version 2.0.11* Since the iOS 15.6 update, the free version of this app no longer works! I used to really like it. Now I am unable to load any photos. No explanation, no error message, just infinite spinning gear. I couldn’t even connect with support. I prefer to NOT reflect a problem in a negative review if support is available but, if there is no support then a 1 star review is the only way I can express it. I loved that you could opt to not have their watermark on every file. But I think it must have become so popular that most times I try to use it, it’s slow and/or it times out and there’s an error message about there being too many users. It is one of my top four photo apps. I really love it. Now the bad, several times this app stopped working for a month or more. Reloading the app didn’t help, it was them. Their servers? If the app stops working and is good enough to periodically test to see if it has come back to life because it is well worth it. ### 5/5 — Broken - Deserves Zero Stars *2022-09-14, version 2.0.11* What a great app… and what an epic fail.
