It can be difficult to make time for Spirtual Practices in your life. Even when you do make time, it can be hard to know where to start. Vinea provides a simple way to organize and track your goals and practices for Spiritual Disciplines. It provides quotes or ideas to prompt you when you start a Spiritual Practice, helping you start creating space in your day to day to grow your inner life.

To start, add a discipline to track and set your goal for that discipline (for instance, your goal might be to meditate once a day). Use the app to track your progress toward your goals each time you practice that Spiritual Discipline. If it is helpful for you, you can create optional reminders for an upcoming time or repeating time (for instance, every Thursday at 8pm). Each time you open the app or look at the widget you'll see how you're progressing towards your goals for Spiritual Discipline.

Vinea (Latin for vine) provides starting places for the practices of Prayer, Scripture, Fasting, Meditation, Service, Worship, Solitude, Simplicity, and Community. In addition to quotes and ideas related to those disciplines, you can add your own prayer lists, use a Bible reading plan, select a guided meditation sequence, or choose from select well known devotional readings.

Vinea integrates with HealthKit by submitting minutes spent practising Spiritual Disciplines as mindfulness minutes if you choose to.
