## What is Vineyard Sim?

A cozy, decision-driven wine farming sim. Run a working vineyard across a 5-year campaign: tend the vines, time the harvest, blend your varietals, age your vintages, and build a reputation that unlocks the best buyers.

Vineyard Sim puts you in charge of a working vineyard across a 5-year campaign. Every season brings different decisions — prune the vines in winter, manage canopy and water through summer, watch for disease pressure, and time your harvest when the grapes are at their peak. Pick too early and you miss the concentration; pick too late and rot takes the crop.

When harvest is in, winemaking begins. Choose a fermentation style — cool, warm, or wild yeast — and an aging vessel — stainless steel, oak barrels, or concrete egg. Blend compatible varieties for synergy bonuses that push wines toward higher quality tiers. Your cellar fills with wines that mature over time, and bottling them at their peak locks in value before decline — read your varieties right and time the bottle.

Sell to four buyer channels: local wine shops take anything, restaurants and sommeliers demand quality, wine clubs reward reputation, and international distributors only deal in premium bottlings. Reputation is earned slowly, vintage by vintage, and gates access to the best prices.

Features:
- Four seasons of vineyard work: Winter pruning, Spring canopy management, Summer ripening, Fall harvest
- Harvest timing decision: Early (safe), Mid (balanced), or Late (risky, high ceiling)
- Three fermentation methods and three aging vessels — every combination shapes the final wine
- Six grape varieties: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sangiovese, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir
- Blending system with six synergy pairs that help wines reach Reserve and Grand Cru tiers
- Four regions, each with distinct climate risks and style traditions
- Cellar inventory — wines age in your cellar, gaining value over vintages
- Bottle aged wines at their peak month to lock in their final value before quality declines
- Reputation system with four tiers — Unknown, Emerging, Established, Prestigious
- Four quality tiers — Table Wine, Regional, Reserve, Grand Cru
- Four upgrade tracks across three tiers — Drip Irrigation, Weather Station, Barrel Program, Tasting Room
- 10 legacy titles to unlock across playthroughs
- 5-year campaign with annual planning, upgrades, and block expansion

Every decision compounds. A late harvest in a rainy year can wipe a vintage; a well-aged blend in the right market year can define your career. Plan your vineyard, craft your wines, and build the reputation of a master winemaker.

No ads, ever. Two regions are free to play. Additional regions, the Estate Bundle (every region plus three estate slots), and the Vintner's Patron pack are available as optional in-app purchases.

THE ESTATE UPDATE

No ads. Ever. Not a banner, not a break — the whole game is yours.

Every screen has been re-lit: claret and parchment by day, a candlelit cellar after dark. Seasons move faster now, harvests land harder, and your best vintages are met with the ceremony they deserve.

Own the Estate Bundle? Run three estates side by side and keep every terroir in play at once.

New — the Vintner's Patron pack, for the collectors: patron motifs in the Label Studio, a flourish on every ceremony, and your name on the estate record.

Pour something good. This one's for keeping.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-07-15

This vintage, every choice carries weight.

Overnight dilemmas now interrupt your season — a burst irrigation line, a mildew scare, a labor shortage. Pay to set it right, or take the cheap way out and gamble on the fallout.

Each year you commit to one of three buyer contracts for double the reward. And every block of vines now has its own character — sun-baked ridges that ripen hot and drink deep, cool valley floors, weathered old terraces — so no two corners of your estate play the same.

Make it yours: design your winery's own label in the new Label Studio, then bottle your finest wines to earn a premium and win over the Wine Club.

Plus polish and stability fixes throughout.

Thanks for playing! If Vineyard Sim has earned a place on your home screen, a quick rating helps a small studio like ours keep growing.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-07-08

Your cellar just got deeper.

Every new vineyard now starts with an inherited barrel already aging in the cellar, aging peaks arrive within your five-year campaign, and each wine shows its estimated value — so bottling at the right moment finally pays.

Smarter seasons and sales: weather now shapes how well your vineyard actions work, fermentation methods pair differently with each grape, and the sale screen spells out payment terms and what's bottled before you commit.

Optional harvest reminders can nudge you when your vineyard needs you, and this update rounds things out with stability fixes and interface polish.

Thanks for playing! If Vineyard Sim has earned a place on your home screen, a quick rating helps a small studio like ours keep growing.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-06-06

Vineyard Sim now speaks your language!

This update adds full translations for Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Portuguese, plus a new language picker in Settings — play in your language and switch whenever you like.

Also new: a cleaner, redesigned Settings screen and performance and stability improvements throughout.

Thanks for playing! If Vineyard Sim has earned a place on your home screen, a quick rating helps a small studio like ours keep growing.
