*2025-12-15, version 6.4*

### 1/5 — Freezing constantly

*2025-12-03, version 6.4*

Ban this app it is utterly useless.

### 1/5 — Atrocious App

*2025-11-30, version 6.4*

Only evil apartment buildings owned by private equity have the gall to make their residents deal with this nonsensical app. Never works when you need it to, incredibly easy possibility to get locked out of where ever you may live at any given time.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-10-31, version 6.4*

This app made my phone crash and almost break… do NOT get this app even if your apartment needs it. Very upset.

### 1/5 — horrible app

*2025-10-02, version 6.2*

i would give this app 0 stars is possible

### 1/5 — Constant Rebranding due to Dysfunctional App

*2025-09-25, version 6.2*

This building access app is an absolute disaster. It constantly freezes, crashes without warning, and half the time doesn’t even recognize that I’m standing right at the door I’m supposed to enter. The whole point of an access app is reliability and convenience, and this one fails miserably on both fronts. I’ve been left standing outside in the rain more than once because the app simply refused to load or “lost connection” at the worst possible moment.

The interface is clunky, unintuitive, and full of unnecessary steps just to do something as basic as unlocking a door. On top of that, support is nonexistent—emails go unanswered, and there’s no way to get real help when the app leaves you locked out.

This is supposed to be a professional tool, but it feels like a beta test that never should have been released. It’s frustrating, embarrassing, and frankly unacceptable. Until this app is completely overhauled, it’s nothing more than a

### 1/5 — Barely functions

*2025-09-19, version 6.2*

This app doesn't integrate into apple wallet, so you must have the app open to unlock doors. It also glitches constantly, so you have to hard restart your phone constantly to make the app work. It also has to let the animation reset before it can unlock a door again, so good luck unlocking two doors in quick succession. Horrible app.

### 1/5 — Locked Out

*2025-09-13, version 6.1*

They changed the name of the app and I literally can't open it anymore, can't get into my apartment

### 1/5 — LEAVE YOUR APARTMENT IF THEY IMPLEMENT THIS

*2025-09-01, version 6.1*

i hate this app so much i have never had a worse experience in my entire life save yourself and move out of your apartment if they make you get this app as you will get locked out millions of times

### 1/5 — Got locked out of my apartment

*2025-09-01, version 6.1*

This is the worst technology ever. I got locked out of my apartment three times in a week. There are endless bugs and glitches. Don’t ever let your management use this system

### 1/5 — Hate this

*2025-08-27, version 6.1*

This app is absolutely horrible. I can not get into my room. It is one of the most unreliable pieces of technology

### 1/5 — Horrible system don’t let your apartment implement it

*2025-08-20, version 6.1*

Writing this review after trying to use the app to open 3 doors in my apartment building, I was denied access to each door 2 times before being let in on the third attempt. Not only does the key not work more than half the time but if you’re phone dies then you are just locked out of the building that you pay to live in, and if it’s after the time that your front office closes (5 o’clock for me) then you’re gonna be sleeping in your car or sleeping at the front door until someone with a charged phone who lives there is able to let you in. 0/10 do not recommend this app to my worst enemy. If your apartment complex decides to use this instead of a traditional key or a key fob then that just shows you how little they care about their residents. DO NOT LET YOUR APARTMENT SWITCH TO THIS!!!!

### 1/5 — Not compatible with Apple Wallet

*2025-08-17, version 6.1*

It's not compatible with Apple Wallet

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2026-06-16, version 6.5*

Horrible app. The key is inconsistent and has had me locked out multiple times.

### 1/5 — stupid functions

*2026-06-07, version 6.5*

terrible app - mad faulty & poorly coded

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-06-02, version 6.5*

If you have to use this app then that means your landlord is too cheap to provide you with a physical key. Unlocking doors is inconsistent and never works on the first try. Good luck not getting frustrated using this app

### 1/5 — Horrible consistency

*2026-05-15, version 6.5*

If you’re forced to use this because of a college dorm, I feel sorry for you already. This app is so inconsistent with when it wants to work. Sometimes it’ll pull up right away, sometimes you stand at the door like an idiot for 5 minutes, other times it’ll pull up your cards like you’re using Apple Pay. Sometimes the reader will just flash red for no reason even though this app is open. Then you’re forced to close it and restart the loading process to open it. Additionally, you have to place your phone over the reader “perfectly” in order for it to open. I genuinely feel sorry that your building made you use this app. Good luck, you’re going to need it!

### 1/5 — Trash

*2026-05-14, version 6.5*

I plan to move out of my apartment when my lease is up because of this trash app. Clearly the building owners don’t care about their tenants convenience or safety. They installed this last week and already there have been problems with tenants getting in the building. It’s a garbage outdated app, with 300+ 1 star reviews for a reason. This shouldn’t even be allowed in the App Store! But because the building owners are cheap, they get this. What happens if you come home at 1am on a weekend and you lost or broke your phone? Or your battery is dead? If your building gets this trash - complain and if they still use it - LEAVE!

### 1/5 — Cheap Garbage

*2026-05-02, version 6.5*

Horrible garbage, barely works

### 1/5 — Not getting into my building

*2026-04-19, version 6.5*

I don’t know if it’s my building fault or this app but many times I’ve been locked out of my room and building to upwards of 20 minutes because this app will not work

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-03-17, version 6.4.1*

This app is terrible and just in place so your apartment can steal your location data and save money by not giving you a fob/key

### 1/5 — Sucks.

*2026-02-06, version 6.4.1*

If I could give this app zero stars I would.

### 1/5 — 0/5

*2026-01-16, version 6.4.1*

You know what doesnt stop working at random, or become inaccessible when your phone dies? A PHYSICAL KEY. Poorly thought out, designed, and implemented product. Would give it 0 stars if I could

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — goats

*2026-04-27, version 6.5*

there are kind people at front desk

### 4/5 — Don’t know why this exists

*2026-02-03, version 6.4.1*

The app itself is fine,
But they could have just integrated the card into digital wallets or at least provide an option to do that, so you won’t get locked out if your phone died but you have a watch plus digital wallets sync after you swap devices.

### 4/5 — Hate hate hate

*2025-10-13, version 6.2*

If I could give it zero I would, app constantly lags, crashes, it NEVER registers when Infront of my door, and I even got locked out for an hour because it wasn’t working. Totally awful and pray my apartment will switch soon.

### 4/5 — needs Apple Watch support

*2022-02-04, version 4.8.9*

Please add Apple Watch support, would make it so much better and more useful.

### 3/5 — Don’t know why this exists

*2026-01-16, version 6.4.1*

Could’ve just sent an email to add the digital card to apple/google wallet
Some dev cooked all this up to reinvent the wheel

### 3/5 — Add Apple Watch support

*2025-09-30, version 6.2*

It’s pretty quick, but would be a lot more convenient with Apple Watch support.

### 3/5 — Needs Apple Wallet Support

*2023-01-18*

Would’ve been a 5 for me because the app works, but it needs to be integrated with Apple wallet for automatic reading. When your hands are full, and you have to type your password in, scroll to the page with the app, open the app, and put the phone on the door, it’s easier to simply use a physical key fob. Please integrate it with the digital wallet and I’ll gladly change my rating. Thank you!

### 2/5 — Apple Wallet

*2025-08-04, version 6.1*

Please add a way to add this to the Apple wallet that way I don’t have to open an app every time I wanna open my door like I should just be able to put my phone to the door and for it to open

### 2/5 — Latest Update (Jan 2025)

*2025-01-30, version 5.3.10*

The latest update crashes the app. You need to delete and reinstall the app to get it work again

### 2/5 — Apple wallet

*2024-03-20, version 5.3.8*

Good app I just want to echo what everyone else is saying that it could be improved by integrating your key card with Apple wallet. If that is possible.
