I’m able to track all my wine across multiple cellars. Never lose track of anything! I’ve used this for over 12 years and have drunk over 4000 bottles with this tracking. I still have over 1000 in my cellars. As with any database, you have to set up how you want to use the fields and how you access information. First input takes you long time to enter if you have many different wines. After the initial load it is easier to keep up - wine, wine out. They have never updated wine critics list Many changes over last several years. ### 5/5 — Exceptional! *2024-10-06* I have been using this APP for ten years and have inventoried and managed a large and diverse cellar of wines with over 5000 bottles in stock. I have almost never lost a bottle and I know where to find the ones that most need to be drunk now. Using the group feature, I can set aside wines for my wife to grab whenever she wants without making a mistake. And, the cloud backup gives me confidence we get it right. We have used the app to manage a cellar in one home, control the inventory when we moved to a new home with half the wine in a storage facility and then move two more times. The app is very flexible and can be used to manage complex cellars and storage scenarios. Thanks Andre! It’s like having a super organized wine butler who never complains about the number of bottles you are hoarding. The customization options are fantastic, letting you track everything from varietals and regions to tasting notes and even where each bottle is tucked away in your cellar. ### 3/5 — Disappointing *2024-09-22, version 4.5.0* Complex, cumbersome, counterintuitive, frustrating, takes forever to do anything, almost impossible to use. Not all features work right. Poor onboarding, poor information hierarchy. Not worth the money. I would be nice to view all the shelves at once. I don’t like using it will wait until I find something better. Should just creat my own. Import from spreadsheet went quite smoothly following their instructions. Email support for a question I had was remarkably fast - one day. Lots of flexibility for building out racks, fridges, etc. I’m amazed at the details that can be tracked and searched within the app - right down to soil and viticulture information, consumption window, even bottle shape and color! The wine search database when adding wines is not so great but I never use it anyway; can use Wine-Searcher for that if I want. And best part of all - no subscription fees; one time charge only.
