When my company got these units (and in turn this software) a few months ago, they worked great. But it appears there was a software upgrade 2 days ago (7/12/25). Since then, were no longer able to select the vehicle male. Mine defaults to Cintrëon. My boss’ defaults to Dodge. There is no option to change vehicle manufacturers. So therefore, when attempting to read the VIN, you receive a message that shows “No Results Found.” I would love for someone from the software company to reach out to me. We had a class scheduled to teach this device on 7/16/25.

This product is easy to use but is hit and miss when retrieving data. In my experience, it has mostly missed and did not retrieve any data. I’ve tried to contact ABRITE, but they have been unresponsive. I think this application and product have potential and that’s about it at this point. I welcome ABRITE to reach out and help me use this product better.

Ne reconnaît absolument aucun VIN. Peugeot, Mercedes… Rien ! C’est nul, ça ne fonctionne pas. A désinstaller illico. Passez votre chemin

Fonctionne à merveille avec l’interface.
Seul soucis est qu’il est indiqué que l’application prend en charge la marque nissan mais elle n’apparaît pas !!!
