Plain. It needs more effects and give options if you want that border or not because it's just annoying. ### 3/5 — It's whatever *2013-01-30* As an avid instagramer, I was looking to find an app that I could edit my photos with first before posting them. I like some of the effects it gives, and the look of the app it self is cool, but it's nothing fancy.
