After 4 days I realised there was an issue. Vinted eventually after 8 days said delivery was taking longer than planned and if in 28 days parcel had not arrived I could apply for refund! That’s ridiculous if a company send a parcel and it didn’t arrive in timeframe a refund would be organised and new item sent out! Fortunately parcel arrived after 12 days. Every inquiry is met with the same automated, template reply. So now I’m waiting for my item to come in or get my refund of $450. I emailed their customer service for help all anyone tells me is my account is blocked. Fine whatever but where is my item or my money I can’t even contact the seller I have no information. VINTED IS A SCAM. I saved for months I’m a stay at home mom living off one income and yall just took my money and cut me off like I let you get to third base after the first date. This is crazy I NEED INFORMATION ON WHAT IS MINE ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time. *2026-08-30, version 26.33.0* Got the app because my wife loves it, thought I’d give it a try. Make my first purchase. Seller messages me asking me to cancel within 10 minutes. I ask why, they refuse to give an answer and in writing say they’re not going to ship the item. When reported to Vinted was told A) they did not break any community guidelines and B) for them to respond faster to report directly through the listing, which I did. There is no customer support or apparent buyer protection whatsoever. For orders not delivered you have to wait 3 WEEKS for a refund.
