## What is Vinyl Folio?

Vinyl Folio is a quiet catalog for people who collect records, not playlists.
Map every crate in the house — the jazz wall, the 7-inch cube, the overflow under the turntable — then file each pressing where it actually lives. When you wonder whether you already own that Blue Note reissue, search once instead of flipping a whole bay.
What you can do
• Create named crates with a spine mark, listening room, and bay
• File pressings by genre: jazz, rock, soul, classical, hip-hop, electronic, folk, soundtrack, world\n• Grade condition as Mint, Near mint, Played, or Worn\n• Attach a sleeve photo from the camera or your album
• Pin a weekly rotation of records you keep reaching for
• Reshelve a pressing from one crate to another and keep a short note
• See a collection snapshot: how many crates are in use, which genres run deepest
• Export or restore the whole folio as a JSON file
Why it is different 
Vinyl Folio is not a streaming library and not a generic storage box. It is a listening-room map. The language, layout, and grades are written for collectors: crates instead of bins, pressings instead of items, sleeve notes instead of packing labels.
Private by design
Everything stays on your iPhone. There is no account, no cloud sync, and no marketplace. Open the app offline and the same shelves are still there.
