All you can do is check your balance and deposit checks. No ability to make transfers from it or schedule transfers! In order to do so; you have to go on their complicated website. This bank is where I has most of my savings and it is horrible. I also use Happen Bank, UFB, Goldman Sachs and Citi for online savings…they all have great and accommodating Apps! ### 2/5 — The App needs updating on functionality, visual and navigation needs serious improvement. *2026-08-05, version 5.0.43.140* The mobile app looks like it was designed 10 years ago. Please go and check out other banking app. There are too many: lack of direction, lack of function like Transfer Funds to Outside Personal Banks. There is really nothing you are able to do in this app aside from view your accounts. It is too simple and most options are grayed out for me. Everything else needs to be done via desktop. However, you can not transfer from your external bank account into your Vio account which is a pain as every payday I move money into my Vio account.
